Online Sales Policy
Due to the nature of the dresses and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order has been placed.
The merchandise is often ordered from the manufacturer, and cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide and size chart are available as a reference and can be found by clicking the size chart. After measuring select the size that best accommodates your measurements. We recommend ordering the size that fits your largest measurement, but you are responsible for the final decision.
We inspect all merchandise that comes through us for any defects or damages, however, if the merchandise arrives to you in a damaged, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress of the same style or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable.
The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all original tags and labels still intact, returned with the bag; free of makeup, stains, deodorant, odors (ex. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), alterations, or other damages. - If an item is returned with one of these problems, you will be charged the entire cost of the item plus shipping cost and the original item will be returned to you. Sale gowns are sold AS IS, no returns or exchanges for any reason.
